Acceptance of Terms: By enrolling in any automobile training program offered by Automobile Doctor, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
Registration and Payment: Registration for our automobile training programs requires payment of the specified fees. Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of the training program. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any participant who has not paid the required fees.
Attendance and Punctuality: Participants are expected to attend all sessions of the training program punctually. Any missed sessions may not be made up, and no refunds will be provided for missed sessions.
Course Materials: All course materials provided during the training program are the intellectual property of Automobile Doctor and are for the sole use of registered participants. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of course materials is strictly prohibited.
Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times during the training program. Any behavior deemed disruptive or disrespectful towards instructors or fellow participants may result in expulsion from the program without refund.
Safety: Safety is of utmost importance during the automobile training program. Participants must adhere to all safety instructions provided by instructors and must not engage in any behavior that may compromise the safety of themselves or others.
Liability: Automobile Doctor and its instructors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained by participants during the training program, except where such injury, loss, or damage is caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of Indian Automobile Doctor or its instructors.
Cancellation and Refunds: Automobile Doctor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation by Indian Automobile Doctor, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of any fees paid.
Changes to Terms: Automobile Doctor reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bhubaneswar Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhubaneswar Jurisdiction.
By enrolling in our automobile training program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you may not enroll in our training program.
